Shipping Policy

1. Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
2. Shipping Destinations & Times:
* We ship worldwide from our US facility.
United States: 7-9 business days.
United Kingdom & European Union: 9-12 business days.
Other International Destinations: 10-15 business days.
3. Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
4. Customs & Import Duties: For all international orders (including the UK and EU), any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Define Caree has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Returns & Refunds Policy


1. Returns Due to Change of Mind: Due to the hygienic nature of products that contain vaping components, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.
2. Defective or Damaged Items: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@definecaree.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will require your order number and clear photos/video of the defect. Upon validation, we will gladly arrange a replacement.
3. Refunds: Refunds are only issued for validated defective items if a replacement is not available or desired. They are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
